hi, my name is Emily… I have a friend in prison in Iowa Park, TX and he asked me to find some information for him. He is looking for something he called “8 Hole Cadillac Discs” rims for his car… Do you have any idea where I could find them? Or even what I am talking about???? Please let me know! Thank you!

They make what is called an 8-hole reinforcing ring that can be found at many auto parts stores or on-line as well……………

On the ticket he put “Front bumper lower than the rim”
My car isn’t even low 
How can I beat this in court?
It’s not lower than the rim it’s at like the middle of the rim!
